Re: Nomination -- Figure Skating Coach, Sue Susic Ervin

To Whom it May Concern:

It is my understanding that figure skating coach, Sue Susic Ervin is being considered for nomination to the Wisconsin Sports Hall of Fame. My name is Kris Sherard, Director of Figure Skating and Coach for 22 ½ years at the Bountiful Recreation Center in Bountiful, Utah. I am a friend and
former skater who skated with Sue in our youth. I was a few years younger than Sue but I looked up to her and she always included me in her group of friends and in her wedding even though I was younger. She was always there to help me and encourage me whether it be in skating or just in life itself. I can definitely say she impacted my growing up in a most positive way. Knowing Sue as I do I can think of no one else more deserving of being in the Wisconsin Sports Hall of Fame.
